Q: What alternate payment options do you accept for online purchases?

A: We currently only accept Check, Money Order, & Bank Transfers only (Excepted by mail).

Q: How can I find the shipping rate to my state and zip when I order?

A: No need to call for this information. All you have to do is add the product(s) to cart. Next go to check out. Next fill in your information on the check out screen (Be asured that you don't have to fully check out. So no charge to credit card is needed to calcute the shipping rate.

Q: Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?

A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.

Q: How will my package(s) be shipped?

A: All orders will be shipped via UPS or by Freight. Only ships when payment is received in full.

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: We will ship to international destinations if requested. Certain restrictions and limitations apply. All shipments order will incur a $5.00 handling charge per destination regardless of order value. All international shipments will also include a minimum $5.00 Export Documentation Charge and will be handled on a freight prepaid and add basis only.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed before 2pm EST will usually ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing and delivery. If delivery is delayed further for any reason, you will be notified.

Q: Can I receive a discount for a large volume order?
