Returns

Have confidence in ordering with Officialdraftingtables.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving merchandise less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Warranties

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Official Drafting Tables. Official Drafting Tables is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded if possible. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Official Drafting Tables at no charge.

Shipping

We normally ship all in stock items within 10-14 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival.

All of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Certain products could take up to 4 weeks to ship due to availability or if they are custom made items. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 4 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance These products should have the time table on the last sentence of their descriptions. For orders totaling less than $5,000 at list and shipping via UPS, freight will be billed at 8% of list with a minimum charge of $7.00 and a maximum charge of $750.00.

Shipping on this website are caculated by UPS costs and can't take in to effect shipping to specfic floors in building or residents. If you do not have a business loading dock or elevator you will be required to pay any extra fees for shipping address change or additional frieght labor costs.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.

Please note that your item may be left on your porch by the delivery service unless you specify otherwise in your order.

Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Damaged Merchandise

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Taxes

Officialdraftingtables.com does charge sales tax! About 6-7% depending on your shipping address.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to process orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email info@officialdraftingtables.com to cancel an order.

Certain Exceptional Disclosures

Official Drafting Tables may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.
